Eriskay Mare Wanted. I am on the look out for an Eriskay mare, or a pair of mares, to accompany my two highland ponies on our croft in the northwest highlands, ideally aged 5years or older. I would be interested in keeping them as broodmares to help contribute to the population of Eriskays but they would also be much loved additions to our family and would have a forever home with us. Eriskay Gelding for Sale. Due to owner retiring. Kathellan Tiree. Registered EPS Eriskay 15yr gelding. 12’2 Lead-Rein, this pony is a true gent with beautiful ground manners & loves children. The last 9 years he was the main man with a licensed Equine children’s business. Professionally he has been there and seen it all, nothing phases him. He loves human attention and will stand all day for fussing. This pony has carried children through loud busy parades & is foot careful. Has successfully been shown & will stride out in complete confidence with his handler. He was the Royal Highland Show Eriskay Champion & Rare Breeds Of The Year UK winner, also EPS winner in Scotland on several occasions. I can’t praise this extremely clever pony enough and I am looking to find his next little person
